  • All estimates are non-binding until confirmed by a signed contract.
  • Payment terms are defined per project and typically include a deposit, progress payments, and a final payment at completion.
  • Past due balances 15+ days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
  • If a project is canceled after work begins, you agree to pay all costs incurred up to cancellation (including restocking fees).

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, graphics, images, and design) is owned or licensed by the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

6. Confidentiality
